Validity of mark-sheets can now be obtained on-line!

Those who are interested in checking the validity of school mark-sheets can now do it on-line as permitted by the government.
The mark-sheets of 10th Standard & +2 are the essential requirements while applying for government & private company jobs.
All individuals selected for jobs will have to furnish their original mark-sheets while joining. The employing concern will send the same for verification. The examination board receives the sme and responds regarding the validity of the mark-sheets. The procedure is that the employing companies send directly to the examination board & get replied.
As the examination board receives 1000’s of requests for verification, a lot of time is spent on carrying this out. Hence, the step to record all these data on computer was undertaken. The examination board informed the government about the computerised data. The government has approved to introduce the facility of verifying & validating the mark-sheets on-line.
Recently, the examination board was ready and quick to respond to Annamalai University’s request for verification of over 3000 mark-sheets. Dr. MGR Medical University has also sent requests for verification. Examination Board has sought government approval to furnish the same.
They system of on-line verification/validation of mark-sheets on-line is now established.
