Significant increase in online job postings

Considering records in July 2014, it is found that there has been a significant increase in the total number of job postings made online. According to records, there is a 25 per cent annual growth. The recent Monster Employment Index states that Baroda is ahead of Bangalore with 45 per cent increase in the rate.
This trend is likely to get carried out further with the economy rebounds. In an industry wise purview, the growth is as follows:
- 69 per cent growth in home appliance industry. This has shown a 13 per cent increase from July 2013 to July 2014.
- 63 per cent growth in media and entertainment industry. This has faced 10 per cent growth in the last one year
- Automotive or ancillaries are hiked by 2 per cent
