Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa announces two ac film shooting floors

Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa on Monday announced that two air-conditioned hi-tech film shooting floors would be set up at the state owned MGR Film and Television Training Institute at Taramani in Chennai at a cost of `15 crore. She said there was a need for more hi-tech shooting floors in the wake of the rapidly changing digital technology. She said there were also demands from South Indian Film Producers Association, directors and technical artistes, seeking creation of more shooting floors.
