Sale of puja items begins in Palani

Sale of puja items by the temple administration was launched at Sri Dhandayuthapaniswamy Temple here on Thursday.
Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowments Commissioner P. Dhanabal said the puja items were sold for Rs.25 per bag containing coconut, banana, betel nut, betel leaf, veebuthi (holy ash) packet and other items. The aim of the scheme was to help pilgrims get quality puja items at an affordable price.
