WEB SITE ON INDUSTRIAL ARCHAEOLOGY

Education Minister, who is also in-charge of Archaeology, launched a website on
Industrial Archaeology of Tamil Nadu` here on Thursday. While speaking on the
occasion the minister it is social collective responsibility to preserve
historical symbols. He was explaining the government’s decision to involve student
community by starting Heritage clubs in
the schools.
The website launched
(www.indusarchaeo.com) is an initiative of the Indian Science Monitor. The
website is aimed at involving industry in archaeology, said T.K.V. Rajan,
founder-director, Indian Science Monitor.
