Rajesh Lakhoni Chennai Corporation Commissioner has been selected for the Prime Minister`s award for Excellence in Governance for 2008-09. He gets the award for the project ‘Cervical Cancer Screening evolving a new methodology – a life saving initiative of Chennai Corporation. The award would be presented on Civil Services Day on April 21, a release from Press Information Bureau said.
