A special cover marking the celebration of Silver Jubilee year of Schizophrenia Research Foundation (SCARF) India was released here on Monday by the Postal department. The cover was released by M Subramanian, The Mayor of Chennai Corporation. The Mayor in his speech appreciated the works of SCARF and suggested that a camp be conducted to screen mentally disabled people.

R.Thara, The Director, SCARF said that a self help group with mental disabilities would be set up. M.S. Ramujam, Post master General, Chennai City Region said that the release of special postal cover was a tribute to the services of SCARF.
