Students seeking education loan can approach banking ombudsman and file complaint if they don`t hear from a bank within a month of applying. Complaints can be submitted at http://www.bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in or 0442539 9170. Separately, Voice of Indian, an NGO, is facilitating education loans for students.
