A city-based NGO, Nandini Voice for the Deprived, is organising an essay competition on the topic, Are TASMAC shops an avoidable evil or necessary evil?
The objective is to enable citizens to express their views on prohibition, a release said. Interested participants can submit their essay, in English or Tamil, latest on June 30.
