It is reported that Mr. Jaswant Singh, who was expelled from the BJP before the recent elections, is likely to be appointed as Governor of Tamil Nadu.
The new government has decided to replace all governors appointed by the previous UPA government.
It is expected that the governors of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Haryana, and Karnataka are likely to be changed.
The Congress Party has protested this decision. However, the ruling party has decided to ignore it and is expediting the appointment of new governors.
It is reported that Mr. Jaswant Singh may posted as governor of Tamil Nadu.
