MBBS counseling to begin on 18th June

The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University has so far received 27,876 filled-in application forms for MBBS/BDS courses offered by the State.Monday was the last day for receipt of the forms for admissions to the government and aided medical/dental colleges in the State under the single-window counseling. As of now, 2,172 seats is available in government medical colleges and 85 seats in dental colleges.
The State runs 19 medical colleges and one dental college. Candidates for the over 800 seats, to be surrendered by private medical colleges to the State pool, will also attend counselling, which is expected to begin on June 18.
