Children not able to go to school because they are yet to return from the native place

People could not return to Chennai after the vacations due to lack of buses. People were stranded in the bus stops for hours together. The school vacations in Tamil Nadu commenced on 31st April. So many people from Chennai went on a vacation to their respective villages. Now the schools have opened and most of them are yet to return. Only 500 buses were arranged by Government in Tamil Nadu. This was not enough for the crowd.
