New team of priests takes charge at San Thome cathedral

A new team of priests has taken charge at the St. Thomas Cathedral in San Thome. It is headed by Father Louis Mathias, the rector and parish priest. Four other priests are part of his team – Fr. P. Stephen, Fr. Christuraj, Fr. Benjamin Irudayaraj and Fr. Arulselvam.
The big team of priests is in place because the cathedral has a large number of spiritual services besides the regular Masses and it attracts pilgrims and tourists from India and abroad and hence is a busy place throughout the day.
