Rapid Checking System in Airports!

The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) is in charge for the security at 59 civic airports across the country. Now CISF have been prepared to bring down the safety checking time from eight minutes to four minutes.
Both the air commuter’s immigration spot and the custom department were urged to tag along the CISF model.
So as to inspect and recognize authentic passengers and to be wary of the baggage, the CISF has brought in a new-tangled Standard Operation System (SOP).
Since past two months, this new SOP implementation has been in act and thus the security checking time is just 10 to 15 seconds for each air passengers now, said CISF spokesperson Hemendra Singh.
We have intended to demand airport operators for adequate broadcasting infrastructure, together with the space and tools. We will also improve the screening procedures, by means of Door Frame Metal Detectors, he added.
Now the CISF has become traveler friendly and things were getting faster at the security counters even in the course of the peak hours, says D. Sudhakara Reddy, president of the Air Passengers’ Association of India (APAI).
Despite of all our arrangements, baggage collections still lasts to be big problem in all airports. Because of the dearth in the customs staff, it is taking time to load the baggages on the conveyer belt. This ground for more waiting counts and cause wait in retrieval, he added.
