Call time reduced by BSNL

The `call time` in the services provided by BSNL in PCOs & Village Telephone centres has been reduced.
The call time has been reduced from 60 seconds to 45 seconds. This is effective from 1st May.
New broadband system
3 new broad-band operation systems have been introduced by BSNL. BBG Combo 2799. BBG Combo 1445, and BBG Combo 1276 are being introduced.
