Scope for courses like Home Science and Visual Communications

In Chennai, disciplines like safety, nutrition, home science, visual communication, etc are availed only at selective colleges. These disciplines however have got tremendous scope for job. Students can expect a bright future on choosing courses like B.Com, secretary ship, B.Sc computer science, B.Sc home science, nutrition, B.Sc visual communications, B.A defense, etc.
Speaking to a professor at a private college in Chennai, he said courses like B.A defense are not preferred by most students. Only 24 seats are filled in colleges till date. Such educational streams will impart the necessary knowledge about the field of defense. This will include topics on Indian as well as world history. On completing their bachelor’s degree, students can opt for master’s degree too. This, on the whole, will have a bright future for sure, he added. Students who take up such courses can get placed in good designations under Indian Defense Ministry.
