Bomb Threat at Chennai Express Avenue Mall
A day after double bomb blasts gashed through a train by the Chennai Central railway station, the nervy city catches a panic jolt because of the bomb threat at the Express Avenue multi-storyed mall.
On Friday morning,
an unknown call has been received by the Chennai control room police, stating
the bomb threat at the Express Avenue Mall, which has been located at General
Patters Road, Royapettah.
Hence after this
threat call, all the public inside the mall has been completely evacuated.
Police teams have been gathered and special bomb experts, sniffer dogs have
involved in the bomb searching duty across the mall.
As this mall constitutes, highly sophisticated theatres, and more than 100 showrooms of famous brands, more care has been taken by the police teams to get rid of the bomb threat.
