Indira Gandhi National Open University convocation

The regional branch of Indira Gandhi National Open University will organise its 27 th convocation on Wednesday, 2.30pm at the conference hall, MS Swaminathan Research foundation. Chandrakantha Jeyabalan, vice-chancellor, Tamil Nadu Open University will be the guest of honour and address the graduates.
