All mobile users experience one common problem � unwanted services!!
Mobile companies trend to activate these services and charge the customer making loads of money. In fact, the money made in this channel is likely to be far greater than many bank robberies!
Here are a few steps to prevent this!
These activated unwanted services are known as �VAS� (Value Added Services). Facilities such as dialer tune, caller tune, wall-paper, SMS (Jokes, devotional, etc) fall under this category.
If you encounter any problems on this, please call 155223. You can deactivate some of the services that you had wrongly activated. This call is free and will not be charged.
If you can make the complaint within 24 hours, the money that was wrongly charged will be refunded. If the complaint is made after 24 hours, only deactivation od the selected service will be carried out.
Even the services that you willingly activated can be deactivated through this call.
