Suburban trains in Chennai Beach – Tirumalpur to run with 12 car rakes

To provide better service to the commuters, the suburban trains (EMU local trains) that were running with 9 car rakes in Chennai Beach – Tambaram – Chengalpattu – Tirumalpur section have been augmented as 12 car rakes.
Consequently, now all the suburban trains in Chennai Beach – Tambaram – Chengalpattu – Tirumalpur section run with 12 car rakes.
