UK-based media expert to deliver lecture at Madras University

Chindu Sreedharan who is UK-based media expert will deliver a lecture on `Peace Journalism: An Alternative Model to Report Wars` at the University of Madras on Friday. The lecture is organized as part of the Media and Society Seminar Series 2013-14 of the department of journalism and communication.
Academic lead of the International Development attached to the Media School of Bournemouth University, England, Sreedharan teaches new media narratives, digital magazines, investigative journalism and conflicts and crisis reporting. His specialization include Kashmir crisis.
The lecture will be held at the seminar hall of the journalism department at 10.30am.
