Construction Work on Health Centers - Commencement in TamilNadu At a Cost of Rs.100 Crore

Soon the building work for the primary health centers will commence soon in nearly 118 places across TamilNadu, stated by the officials of the Public works Department.
In TamilNadu, several primary Health centers are getting mounted up under the National Rural Welfare Policy.
The basic decisive factor lies behind getting permission for building the health center is either the plain area with 30 thousand renting people or hill area accosted with 20 thousand families.
In this stance, about 118 places in TamilNadu have asked permission for the health centers to the Central Government. Central Government granted its permission and allocated a fund of Rs.100 Crore and 44 Lakhs for framing out the health centers.
Tenders for this construction work have been given out through the public works department. It is anticipated that the work will get initiated soon in next month.
Public works department official has stated the detailed info on the 118 places in TamilNadu:
15- Krishnagiri District; 9- Dharmapuri District; 17- Thirunelveli District; 18-Vellore District; 10- Virudunagar District; 7- Villupuram District
A fund of Rs.100 Crores has been allocated; deadline has been fixed on the end of 2015 by the central government, he added.
