Amma canteens for two more hospitals
Amma canteens on the premises of Government Stanley Medical College and Hospital and Institute of Child Health on Friday will be inaugurated by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa.
Corporation officials said that they will serve idlis, pongal and other dishes to the patients at affordable prices. The Amma canteen at Government General Hospital is already popular with patients and their relatives because it is hygienic and affordable.
