No complaints to be made or submitted at Commissioner�s Office
Public complaints were being received at the Police Commissioner�s office from Monday to Friday during the week. Police officials received them and took necessary actions as per the orders from Commissioner. Hundreds of complaints were received every day. A sizeable crowd thronged every day in front of the office.
However, because of
this, there was a heavy traffic problem as the complainantsďż˝ vehicles were
parked on the road.
The commissioner�s
office was shifted to Vepery. The traffic problems continue here as well.
Following this, a notice was put up
informing that complaints will not be received at the commissioner�s office any
more.
Complaints have to be
made at the concerned Police Stations. If no action is taken in reasonable
time, assistant commissioner�s or joint commissioner�s offices can be
approached. If there is no response even here, the public may approach the commissioner�s
office.
