Except the Government Grants Cooking Gas Cylinders Price Increased To Rs.220
The rate of the cooking gas cylinders other than the Government
grants has got increased to Rs.220 on Wednesday. The increased price value in
International market is the main reason for this high rate.
Based on the service tax on each state, the price of the cooking
gas cylinder will be getting decided. The present rate of the cooking gas
cylinders except government grants, Rs. 1,021 which weights 14.2 Kilo is now
getting increased to Rs.1241.
Each family will get government grants of about 9 cylinders
each. And for each additional cylinder, the customers have to pay Rs.220 each.
There is no limit for this count of cylinders. From the last month, when a
customer gets the cooking gas cylinder other than government grants for the
third time, the price will get increased more. Last 1st December the
rate got increased to Rs. 63 and at December 11, the price increased to Rs.3.50
more.
Last September 2012, it is declared to the count of cooking gas
cylinder government grants counts 6 and this creates a lot of opposition from
the public and hence the count reached 9 on January 2012. Based on the Dollar
value and import of the cooking gas cylinders, the Oil Corporation will furnish
the rate of the cooking gas cylinders.
