5 Thousand Applications for Buying Low rate houses: People Crowd in C.M.D.A

C.M.D.A declares that, in Chennai city people are showing more interest in buying low rate houses near Manali and Maraimalainagar and till now about 5 thousand applications have been sold out. In these houses, many grades are available for low class, middle class and upper middle class peoples.
In both these areas, about 200 houses are available. In Maraimalainagar, houses are available from 300 feet to 3000 feet. Similarly in Manali, houses are available from 420 feet to 3600 feet. The price ranges from Rs.2.96 lakhs to Rs.20 Lakhs.
Once after the announcement of furnishing these houses, people rushes towards the head office in fond of buying the application forms. These applications are available in Ezumbur head office. People never mind of standing in queue for getting these applications. The count of the sold out application are expected to cross over 1 lakhs. Various amenities like drinking water facility, bus stop, mini buses, and no water stagnation during the rainy season and drainage facilities are available in these houses. This makes high demands among the buyers.
