Prospects of rain from 30th November in Tamil Nadu

Mr. Ramanan, Director, Meteorological Department spoke to the correspondents:
�The cyclone, �Lehar�, formed a few days ago in the bay of Bengal, has intensified due to fall in the ocean temperature and the diffusion of the air force in the higher strata . A depression has formed.
This depression is expected to cross Masulipattanam� tomorrow (30/11/2013). Because of this, there would be no harm in Tamil Nadu, which has been experiencing a dry climate over the last few days.
The present weather is likely to continue for the next 24 hours. There are prospects of rain in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry starting 3rd November.�
