Are you unsatisfied with your telecom provider�s customer care services? You no longer have to visit the nodal officers or appellate authorities. A new note from the DoT service providers has stated about the newly introduced compliant registration method.
According to this, the telecom subscribers can make calls to the toll free number � �1037� and register any complaint against the telecom providers. This is introduced in order to bring all subscriber grievances to the notice of DoT.
