Train Services Cancelled Between Chennai Central–Gudur Section on June 14, 16, 19 Due to Line Block
Several EMU and MEMU train services will be fully or partially cancelled between Chennai Central and Gudur section on June 14, 16, and 19, due to a line block permitted between Kavaraipettai and Gummidipundi for maintenance work. The block will be in effect from 11:20 am to 3:20 pm on these days.
Fully Cancelled Services:
Chennai Beach – Gummidipundi locals at 9:40 am and 12:40 pm
Moore Market Complex (MMC) – Sullurupeta locals at 10:15 am, 12:10 pm, 1:05 pm
MMC – Gummidipundi locals at 10:30 am and 11:35 am
Sullurupeta – Nellore MEMU local at 3:50 pm
MMC – Avadi MEMU local at 11:40 pm
Gummidipundi – Beach local at 10:55 am
Gummidipundi – MMC locals at 1 pm, 2:30 pm, 3:15 pm
Sullurupeta – MMC locals at 1:15 pm, 3:10 pm, 9 pm
Nellore – Sullurupeta MEMU at 6:45 pm
Partially Cancelled Services:
Chengalpattu – Gummidipundi local at 9:55 am (cancelled between Beach and Gummidipundi)
Gummidipundi – Tambaram local at 3 pm (cancelled between Gummidipundi and Beach)
To ease commuter inconvenience, passenger specials will run between MMC–Ponneri, MMC–Minjur, Beach–Ponneri, Ponneri–MMC, and Minjur–MMC during these times.
Passengers are requested to plan their journeys accordingly.
