ING Vysya Bank ties up with IRCTC to offer online train ticketing services
Now the customers of ING Vysya Bank can book their train tickets because the bank has entered into a business tie-up with Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) to offer online train ticketing services.
This tie-up is in line with the bank�s ongoing focus to offer the best online experience to its retail customers. Through this tie-up the customers of the bank will be able to book train tickets using an ING Net Banking or ING debit cards. Over 1 lakh tickets were booked during the first month of the launch. Besides, the bank has selected IBM Mobile First solutions for the development of ING Vysya Mobile, a cost effective, secure and scalable mobile banking app.
