From 3rd June to 8th June, there is a possibility of moderate rains with thundershowers and lightning etc and that is due to the change in the speeds of the westerly winds.

On 3rd June, Chennai and Puducherry are likely to receive light rains with maximum temperatures expected to be around 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit.
