Metro rail project restarted between Airport and OTA

According to the official sources the metro rail project between the Chennai Airport and OTA which was stopped will be started soon. The metro rail project in this route was stopped temporarily since the expenses have exceeded than the accepted contract. However, the project was restarted and the work is in progress.
Initially the project was proposed to complete within 18 months, now the current project is expected to be completed within November of this month. Due to this delay, there is a big concern, whether the metro rail project between airport and Tondiarpet will be completed within the 2015 or not.
