Be careful!! Never drink water immediately after eating these fruits!!

If you have the habit of drinking water immediately after eating fruits like apples or bananas etc then it`s time to stop that!!

We all have been advised by the doctors etc to drink lots of water during the day. There are times when drinking water might not be safe also. It is noteworthy that drinking water after eating certain fruits could harm us as the fruits are rich in water content. The reason for that is that the pH level of the body would become diluted by drinking water after eating fruits and this could slow down the digestion process. We could get severe stomach cramps etc.

 We must not eat these fruits and drink water immediately

Guava intake:

Many of us eat guava with some salt and this would make us feel thirsty, We must refrain from drinking water immediately after eating guavas as it might lead to digestion problems in us.

Banana intake:

By eating bananas, we could get many health benefits. Truth is that by drinking water after eating bananas we could get digestion issues etc.

Pears intake:

There are chances that we could get coughs and colds when we eat pears and drink water. We could also get indigestion problems etc.

Apple intake:

Never drink water immediately after consuming apples as we could get  issues like gas and indigestion etc.

Pomegranate intake:

By drinking water immediately after eating this reddish coloured fruit we could get acidity issues and nausea etc.

Watermelon intake:

The digestion process in us would get slowed down when we drink water after eating watermelons etc. We could get acidity problems etc.

Papaya intake:

For the better bowel movements, papaya intake would be superb due to its rich fibre contents. When we drink water after eating papayas then we could get diarrhea etc.
