New System for scrutiny of Sale Deeds: announced by the Secretary, Commercial Tax Department!

The Secretary of the Tamil Nadu State Government Department of Commercial Tax and Registration Department, Jothi Nirmalasamy has informed us that A NEW SYSTEM IS BEING INTRODUCED FOR SCRUTINY OF THE SALE DEEDS OF PROPERTIES.
The various private Apps in the Social Networking Media are accessing the various property sales of the public without any procedure!
To limit the access of these sales/property deeds on an unlimited basis by these various private Apps, a new system has been introduced!
As per this, the citizens wishing to access the sales property deeds can access the data ONLY ONCE using the given OTP or entry code!
The above new procedure has been introduced to reduce the time taken for the registration of property slakes.
This procedure would facilitate the public/citizens to access the details of property sales in a simple and easy method.
At the same time, this new procedure will also prevent the large-scale downloading of several sale deeds at one time!
The Secretary of the Tamil Nadu State Government Department of Commercial Taxation and Registration, Jothi Nirmalasamy has explained that the government has taken this step to simplify the procedure so the registration services are offered to the public without facing any hardships!
