Grand crackers sale at Chennai Island Grounds for 15 days for Deepavali!

The Department of Tourism of the State Government of Tamil Nadu has announced that grand sales of crackers will be organized for 15 days from 11th October at the Island Grounds of Chennai Metro City!
It is traditional and annual for crackers sales on a very large scale to be organized for the occasion of Deepavali every year! As such, for the year 2022, with Deepavali set to be celebrated on 24th October, the Department of Tourism of the State Government of Tamil Nadu has announced that a grand Deepavali crackers sale will be organized at the Island Grounds of Chennai Metro City from 11th October until 25th October for 15 days.
Permission has been given to set up 55 shops with the condition that THERE MUST BE A GAP OF 3 METRES BETWEEN EACH SHOP!!
