Why has this 17 year old boy from Madurai has turned many heads now?

At the age of 17 when the majority of us would be in schools or colleges preparing for the examinations etc, a boy named Selva Prabhu Thirumaran has become sensational with his amazing record!!
This 17 year old boy from Madurai caught the attention of many with his performances at the World Athletics Under-20 Championship held in Columbia. He is studying second year English literature at Trichy and made his college as well as the TN state proud with his win in men`s triple jump. He was awarded with a silver medal.
It was later mentioned by Mr. Thirumaran, father of Selva Prabhu that Betanoz of JSW Inspire Institute of Sport in Bellary in Karnataka the athlete scored brownie points and got the best of him by recording 16.15m.The family was fully delighted on hearing that their son has won Silver with a sensational performance. It was the first ever biggest contest that Selva Prabhu took part in. The scenes witnessed in his village were unbelievable as many cut cakes and burst crackers etc and celebrated the performance of Selva Prabhu.
The year 2022 has been lucky for Selva Prabhu as he has won 6 medals till now. He won 5 medals at the national levels in this year and the silver medal he won in Columbia has been the biggest of all.
Till now, in his athletic career, Selva Prabhu has bagged 60 medals and in the future he wants to win an Olympic medal also. All the best Selva for your future!!
