An exhibition of saris and handicrafts
Vastra Utsav an exhibition which will feature designers and the work of master weavers and craftsmen from across the country exhibition which will feature designers and the work of master weavers and craftsmen from across the country exhibition is being organized DakshinaChitra. Choose from saris, jewellery and crafts in ethnic, contemporary, kitsch and out-of-the-box designs.
Collections include those from Ghanshyam Sarode (Hyderabad), Amrita, Neesha Amrish, Ambi, Rema Kumar (Delhi), Sandeep (Jaipur), Alankrit (Lucknow) and many more. The exhibition will be held on August 2 and 3 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at ITC Grand Chola, Mount Road, Guindy.
