Rs. 80 Lakhs worth of escalators to be provided in Chennai Airport Metro Station!

New escalators are to be installed for Rs. 80 Lakhs at the Chennai Airport Metro Railway Station!
To reach the Thirisoolam suburban Railway Station from the Chennai Airport Metro Rail Station and to come out of the Station, new escalators have been installed.
Apart from this, a separate special room has been constructed for breastfeeding mothers! Another piece of equipment, making drinking water from the air, has been installed!
This was inaugurated by the Chennai Metro Rail Company Director Rajesh Chaturvedi. Chief General Manager A R Rajendran, Additional General Manager S K Madhavan and several officials participated in the inauguration.
It is planned to install an additional 36 escalators in other Metro Rail Stations!
