Infrastructure Development charges UP for Multi-stories constructions in Chennai Metro City!
It is mandatory to pay the infrastructure charges to get approval for the construction of multi-storeyed constructions.
In this scenario, the Chennai Metro Development Authority (CMDA) has announced that the infrastructure development charges for the multi-storeyed constructions are revised upwards up to Rs. 20/- per square metre.
On this basis, the charge has been revised from the present Rs. 198/- per square metre to Rs. 218/- per square metre. This upward revision will be implemented from 1st April!
