Governments sudden order to all the fair price ration shops in TN!!

There are as many as 4.99 lakhs fair price ration shops across India. The government has announced now that these shops must have notice boards regarding various goods compulsorily. It is well known that fair price shops are managed by both central as well as the state governments under the public administration system. Point is that through the co-operative system the fair price ration shops are located in all the towns depending upon the number of people present. People could get various essential items such as rice, sugar, kerosene, wheat and sugar etc through these fair price ration shops.
Now, the Department of Food Supply and Consumer Protection has ordered that the fair price ration shops must have a notice board showing various goods present. In this regard, the commissioner of food supply and consumer protection has written letters to all the district collectors regarding the notice board to be present at these fair price shops. In the letter it was mentioned that to help the ration card holders all the fair price ration shops must keep notice boards showing various items that are available. Various details that the notice boards must provide are working hours, essential goods availability, price of these goods etc.
