This sensational order from Madras High Court regarding Tasmac shops bars in TN is making news!!

The High Court of Madras has come out with a sensational order now!!
It has ordered all the bars associated with Tasmac liquor shops to be shut down in Tamil Nadu. Chief Justice of Madras High Court Mr. Saravanan has mentioned that license for running bars could only be issued by the excise authorities. Tasmac shops could only sell liquor and were not allowed to directly/indirectly run bars.
He has also highlighted that the place near the Tasmac shops should not be used to set up bars and this practise would not be allowed. It is now said that within 6 months, all the Tasmac bars must be shut down in TN.
