Police department Order - New Year Celebrations - Citizens MUST not gather at the beach!

The Department of Police of the Chennai Metro City has ordered that the citizens MUST not visit the beach for the New Year Celebrations!
As such, the Police have also warned the public NOT TO VISIT THE MARINA, BESANT NAGAR AND THE NEELANKARAI BEACHES!
Vehicles have also been banned from driving on the roads adjacent to the beaches.
It is further announced that the citizens MUST NOT PARK VEHICLES AND INDULGE IN NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS! Also, new year celebrations organised in farmhouses have been banned!
Ban has also been imposed on residents of multi-storeyed apartments gathering together and organising New Year Celebrations!
FURTHER, NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS ARE BANNED IN ALL THE HOTELS AND OTHER ENTERTAINMENT CENTRES.
STRINGENT IMMEDIATE ACTION WILL BE TAKEN ON THOSE INDULGING IN BIKE RACES AND THOSE WHO DRIVE AT VERY HIGH SPEEDS!
