How to get the amount of Rs 50000 that is being provided by the Govt for having 2 girls in the family?

The government of Tamil Nadu has been doing various things for the welfare of the girls are well known. In this aspect, the government of Tamil Nadu has been providing Rs 25000 for each girl or a total of Rs 50000 if any family has 2 girls. The amount has been provided under the TN Government Girl Child Protection Act implemented by the social welfare department.
It is worthy to note that the family (with one girl and within 3 years of the birth of the next girl) must get enrolled in this programme.
Other requirements that are needed to be eligible under this programme are if the mother of the girl was above the age of 35 that she should have got the family planning operation done. Relevant medical certificates about the family planning operation must be attached without fail. The annual income of the family having 2 girl kids must not exceed Rs 72000. The family must be residing in the same district for atleast10 years.
Other important documents that would be required are birth certificate, proof regarding age of mother and father of the child, family card, family photo, marriage registration certificate, income certificate, caste certificate, proof of no male heir and birth certificate of children etc.
