New alternative photo voter ID card to be issued at E-seva centres in TN!!

The Election Commission of India or ECI has been issuing voter�s ID cards for all eligible persons of India above the age of 18 is well known to us. Now, it is said that an alternative photo voter ID card would be issued at various E-seva centres belonging to the state of Tamil Nadu. This was according to the state election commission.
It was later mentioned by an announcement from the chief electoral officer, Mr. Satyabrata Sahoo that at 342 E-seva centres in Tami Nadu an alternative photo voter ID card would be issued free of cost for those who are in need of ID card. Beginning from 1st of October, this would come into effect.
