Tamil archanai scheme was launched on Thursday, 5th August 2021 by Mr. P.K. Sekar Babu at this famous temple. It is now said that those devotees who would like to offer their prayers and pujas to the god in Tamil could contact the designated priest in the temple. From Friday onwards, as many as 46 temples across Tamil Nadu would also have this scheme for the sake of the devotees.
Display boards would be placed in front of the temples and it would have a contact number of priests. Devotees could contact the priests for Tamil archanai. In Kapaleeswarar temple in Mylapore, the display board has got names of 3 priests for the purpose of Tamil archanai.
