Greater Chennai Corporation or GCC has been doing its best to create awareness regarding Covid-19 infection. Now, GCC has decided to associate with the management of CSK to create awareness for Covid-19 infection through online mode.
On Friday, 23rd April, the team representatives of CSK had a meeting with the senior officials belonging to GCC. According to a GCC official, it was clear that the civic body is active on social media platforms like Twitter etc and also in disseminating awareness messages regarding Covid-19 infection.
He added that from now on the official Twitter handle of CSK team would also post Covid-19 awareness messages and share tweets among followers. By this, the visibility of awareness messages would be increased. With respect to the awareness, both CSK and GCC would also be conducting competitions on social media. Here, the public would be asked to pose a picture of them wearing facemasks and merchandise of the CSK team would be given as prizes. Popular CSK players would also pose their awareness videos in Tamil language.
