State Government of Tamil Nadu sets up an exclusive website to check bed-availability for corona patients!

In the pervading situation of the raging resurgent coronavirus spreading fast and wide in an increasing trend every passing day, The Health Department of the State Government of Tamil Nadu has set up and introduced an exclusive website for checking up the bed availability for the corona patients in both government and private hospitals.
The website launched: https://stopcorona.tn.gov.in/beds.php
It will easily be possible to know the availability status of beds in each hospital.
It may be noted here that there have been many instances of non-availability of beds, oxygen, ventilators, etc., leading to several deaths!
In this situation, the State Government of Tamil Nadu has launched the website offering details of all hospitals in the public and private sectors, the facilities available, coronavirus treatment, etc. Further, the details of the number of patients admitted, the number of balance beds available, etc., are being updated daily.
As per this, the district-wise details of the hospitals offering corona treatment, total beds available, the present number of patients admitted, the number of beds available is released!
Further. The numbers of beds with oxygen facility, the number of beds which cannot give oxygen support, the number of beds in the Intensive Care Units (ICUs), the number of beds with ventilator facility are all being updated daily.
On this website, details of all 396 hospitals in The state of Tamil Nadu are included. As such, the public can visit this website to know the beds available and decides which hospital to admit in case there is a patient.
