Ban on charging cell-phones in the nights during train travel!

Henceforth, cell-phones cannot be recharged from 11.00 PM to the next morning 5.00 AM while undertaking train travel!
As an echo of the recent fire accident in an express train, the Commissioner of the Railway Safety has recommended that all the cell-phone charging points p[rovided in the train MUST BE KEPT OFF FROM 11.00 PM TO THE NEXT MORNING 5.00 AM!
Western Railway has announced that as per the above recommendations, all the charging points for cell-phones provided in the trains will be switched off as per the above timings!
