Resurgent 2nd wave of the corona - Dos and Donts!

With the resurgent 2nd wave of the raging coronavirus pandemic throughout India including Tamil Nadu, this is the right time to become aware of things to do and things not to do! 

The alarming fact to note is that there has been a gradual increase each passing in the number of citizens infected with coronavirus in it`s a resurgent spread for the last few days!

The situation has indeed worsened and as such, the citizens are struck with panic and wonder whether there would be another total lockdown imposed in the State of Tamil Nadu!

With this development, the Health Department of the State Government of Tamil Nadu has emphasised and appealed to the public to be aware of the resurgent 2nd wave of the coronavirus pandemic AND ALL CITIZENS MUST GET VACCINATED!

Things to do to prevent the coronavirus spread:
  • Each citizen must strictly follow and keep the personal health guidelines.
  • Keep washing hands with soap regularly for a minimum of 20 seconds!
  • While venturing out of the residence, remember to carry the disinfectant hand sanitiser and spread it on your hands.
  • ENSURE TO WEAR FACE MASK WHILE VENTURING OUT!
  • REMEMBER TO COVER YOUR MOUTH WITH A TISSUE OR HANDKERCHIEF WHILE COUGHING OR SNEEZING.
  • If having no handkerchief, cover your mouth with hands while sneezing or coughing!
  • Avoid physically touching others while conversing!
  • Stick to home-cooked food to the maximum extent possible!
  • In case feeling the urge to cough or sneeze, PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE YOUR FACE MASK!
  • Remember and ensure to throw away the used tissues to the dustbins!
  • ADHERE TO THE SOCIAL DISTANCING (6� GAP) WITH OTHERS IN PUBLIC PLACES!
  • In case NOT FEELING WELL, BETTER REMAIN AT THE RESIDENCE!
  • In case any member of the family gets fever, isolate the member affected as per the government guidelines.

The list of Don�ts:
  • While venturing out, REMEMBER TO AVOID TOUCHING THE FACE- ESPECIALLY, THE EYES, NOSE, &THE MOUTH!
  • ENTIRELY AVOID VISITING PLACES WITH PUBLIC CONGESTION!
  • DO NOT SPIT IN THE PUBLIC PLACE!
  • The category of senior citizen employees, pregnant women, and the filed employees in the health-related departments MUST NOT FAIL TO TAKE ALL THE REQUIRED PRECAUTIONARY ACTIONS!

Important note: if all of us citizens strictly follow the above guidelines of do�s and don�ts, it will ensure good protection against corona infection!

Meanwhile, just as the 1st wave of the coronavirus pandemic subsided, there is a resurgent wave of the 2nd Phase of the coronavirus spreading across India quite fast!

As such, it is worth noting that over the last 24 hours s in the country, 43846 citizens have been confirmed infected with the coronavirus!
