Resurgence of coronavirus spread in Tamil Nadu! Stringent actions initiated to prevent!

The public is quite scared about the latest trend of the resurgence of the raging coronavirus pandemic again in the state of Tamil Nadu!
It is noteworthy that just a few days ago, the daily number of persons infected with the coronavirus was less than 50! However, over the last few days, the extent of the spread of infection has increased quite alarmingly and has increased by 1.2%.pecially in the districts of Chennai, Coimbatore, and Trichy, it has increased by over 2%! The increase is above 1% in the districts of Chengalpattu, Thiruvallur, Tirupur, Kanchipuram, Thanjavur, and Nagappattinam.
Further, the infection confirmation after around 65000 RTPCR tests have increased gradually and now the number of daily confirmed infection cases have increased to 85 per day!
As the spread of the raging coronavirus pandemic has started increasing again, the district administrations have initiated various activities on a stringent and urgent basis to prevent this spread.
It has been ordered that wearing face masks in public places as mandatory. Action has been initiated to penalise the citizens who fail to wear face masks. Further, action has been initiated to spread awareness of the raging coronavirus pandemic infection among the places where the public gathers in large numbers.
Moreover, the emphasis has been made on the public following the guidelines for prevention in a stringent manner:
- PUBLIC MUST WEAR FACE MASKS IBN PUBLIC SPACES
- PUBLIC MUST ADHERE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING.
- PUBLIC MUST WASH THEIR HANDS FREQUENTLY WIITH SANITIZERS.
- IN CASE OF IDENTIFYING INFECTION SYMPTOMS, IMMEDIATELY VISIT THE NEAREST HOSPITAL AND TAKE THE NECESSARY TESTS AND TREATMENT, IF REQUIRED.
The officials further informed that activities have been initiated to increase the number of coronavirus testing.
